How long will it take to get your order? |

Most products ship within 2-3 business days. However,
back orders or split shipments may take up to
2 weeks for normal delivery. Back orders
normally result from our suppliers' printing schedules and are completely
beyond our control. RUSH? Phone us to determine product availability. |

In the USA, we
normally ship via USPS first class/priority mail. The shopping cart
automatically adds shipping fees
as you put items in the cart.

Advance authorization required for all returns! Simply call 800-820-7740 or write info@themustard.com to request authorization and get instructions. If the return is due to defect or an error on our part, we will either provide a postage-paid mailer or reimburse you for the postage you apply to return the item. Any items received after 30 days from the original ship date are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse products returned without advance authorization.

airmail wherever available.
The shopping cart shows only US shipping charges. A
surcharge will be added manually for your specific country outside North
America. The surcharge can vary from $2 to $15
depending on your country. Email us for estimates. International orders must be paid in full by credit card before we ship the product. Because of increasing fraud in overseas orders, orders shipping to an overseas address may be verified via email before processing. If you do not respond to our email, the order will be canceled. Fraudulent use of credit card numbers is immediately reported to appropriate legal authorities! |
