Offering SSL protection servers

Since we began business, we have been able to accept credit cards securely through SSL (secure socket layer) protected servers. When you enter the shopping cart system to place your order, you are actually going to a different server. Once you have selected the items you are going to purchase, you are taken to a secure section of the website. On that page you are asked for credit card information. This page is secure because it has an https:// address instead of http://. Also, you'll notice that the security icon in your browser will display showing the page is secure and is encrypted.

To retrieve your credit card information, we have to go to a special section of a secured website. The site is username and password protected, so that we are the only party able to retrieve the information. And since your credit card information is encrypted, it cannot be viewed by a third party during transit.

Identification Privacy

Your personal information will not be sold to another party

Your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number will NOT be sold to any organization, company, or business. Sometimes, companies try to make a little money selling their customers' information to other companies for solicitation. We don't do that and never will. When you submit personal information to us, it will not be taken for granted.

We are a "Mom & Pop" business. The Mustard Seed is not run by any large company, organization, or outside business. Licensed and registered by the state of Virginia, The Mustard Seed is owned and operated by Great Ideas!, a home-based business run by down-to-earth Christian folks who are here to serve you and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Tracking Information
The Mustard Seed uses an internal tracking system to give an accurate account of how many visitors we have on our site, where they go on our site, and how long they are on our site. This tracking system does NOT provide private information about you for us. It is a basic tracking system that tells us statistics about our website, and not statistics about you.
